Terrasse du Larzac, AOC Languedoc
Founded in 1998, Pascal Fulla has achieved his dream. His organic estate close to the village of Jonquieres in the Grand Cru sub appellation of Terrrasses du Larzac is planted to Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan. For me, as a seasoned wine professional it is great to see Cinsault and Carignan, previously derided still contributing, in the right hands, to the complexity and interest of Les Vins du Sud.
The three red cuvees from Mas de l'Ecriture are perfect expressions of Pascal's passion and dedication to terroir driven wines of the highest possible quality.
